JASON KENNEY MUST REFER CREDIT CARD FRAUD ALLEGATIONS TO POLICE
EDMONTON – Jason Kenney must refer the allegations of credit card fraud and identity theft concerning UCP candidate Peter Singh to the police, as these serious accusations cannot be left to the UCP to investigate.
According to a report in the Calgary Herald, the allegations concern bribery, fraud, forgery and other illegal actions.[1] The four defeated candidates in the race, including a former Calgary city councilor, made the allegations to the party in a letter leaked yesterday.
A person's credit card being misused is possible fraud and identity theft.[2] The UCP must do the right thing and turn over all of the allegations and documentation they have concerning the nomination race to the police.
